It has a bar that clips on and hangs across the front to hold our dishcloth. We put a hand soap dispenser in along with sponges and a scrubbing pad. It does come with a clear plastic sticky strip with molded catches if you want to hang it in the sink, but we set ours on the top of the sink. Works well and doesn't move around or fall.
