It has long flared sleeves and a 17" slit at the front of the hemline. It pulls over the wearer's head and fastens with 18 fabric covered buttons at the neck. There is some very discreet color bleeding around the blue, but overall the dress is in very good condition, clean and ready to wear. Measurements: Bust 37" Waist 38" Hips 43"
