Good starter resistance bands, nice design and fair quality

I recently started working out and spent quite some time choosing resistance bands. I decided to go with this set mainly because it has a huge number of reviews and is very popular, which felt like a safe option for a beginner.
Overall, I think this is a good value-for-money product. The bands look nice, and I really like the color palette β the coffee/milky tones look stylish and different from the usual bright gym colors.
I use them regularly, and they work fine for my workouts. One thing worth mentioning is that if you use them directly on bare skin, they can roll a bit. However, when wearing leggings, they stay in place and feel comfortable.
At this stage, Iβm satisfied with them. In the future, as I train more, Iβll probably upgrade to a higher-end set, but for starting out, these bands do the job well. Iβd rate them 4 out of 5.

Great quality
Color: Assorted
I use these bands every day. They have different resistant levels. Iβm not sure of the pounds but easier to more difficult in range. You can actually exercise with these bands while youβre watching TV, so I do some of my exercises in the evenings while watching TV, I can see a big difference in the strength of my arms and legs. You just have to keep with it.

Rolls up easily

I purchased these bands after seeing all the positive reviews on Amazon. I like the color options and the variety of resistance bands, however the quality is not that great. Bands are thin and they roll up easily. Iβve used them both on bare skin (which I googled was not recommended because it irritates skin) and on top of leggings and both times the bands roll up. The bag it comes with is also very small and I basically have to roll up the bands to squeeze all of them in there. If you are a beginner at using bands, I think this product is alright. For more advanced workouts, would recommend better quality resistance bands.
